Of course! Most of our clients aren’t used to being photographed or filmed. We’ll guide you through the shoot and help you feel comfortable so everything looks natural.

Photography is usually delivered within 1–2 weeks, while videos typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on the project. If you’re working to a deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. Every image we deliver is professionally edited for colour, lighting and consistency before it’s sent to you.

Definitely. We can deliver your videos in the right format for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and more.

Yes! Whether it’s at your business, a venue or another location, we’re happy to come to you. Travel costs may apply depending on the location.

If we’re shooting outdoors and the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll work with you to reschedule for the best possible conditions.

We’ll deliver your finished photos and videos through a secure online gallery or download link, making them easy to access, download and share.

Yes. Your final images and videos are ready to use on your website, social media, marketing and other business materials, as outlined in your quote.

Yes. We offer both photography and videography, and many clients choose to book both together. It saves time, keeps your content consistent and gives you a complete library of professional images and videos for your business.

We don’t provide RAW or unedited files as part of our standard service. Just like a chef doesn’t serve uncooked ingredients, the editing process is an important part of our creative work. Every photo and video is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the quality and style we’re proud to deliver. If you have any specific editing requests, we’re always happy to discuss them before your final files are delivered.
